Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

Processing Time: Please allow 5–6 working days for us to process your request once received.

Product Condition: The perfume must have at least 90% of the liquid remaining in the bottle.

Important Notes
Online Purchases Only: This policy applies exclusively to orders made via sarfaranga.pk.

Packaging: If the cellophane, testers, or the original box are missing—or if the box is returned in a damaged condition—nominal charges may apply.

Usage Fees: * Negligible use: No charges applicable.

Up to 10% used: A small fee will be deducted from the refund/exchange value.

More than 10% used: Unfortunately, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
